I am a Driving Standards Agency fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor and I work with one of the largest driving schools in the country so you can be sure of getting the highest standard of tuition.
I operate to a strict code of conduct which ensures you get the best possible tuition. It guarantees that I:
- use a Driver Record Card to track progress
- adapt tuition specifically for you
- give you a full lesson of 1:1 tuition
- do not smoke or use a mobile phone during your lessons
- do not carry passengers on your lesson
I am a member of the Driving Instructors Association, the UK's largest association for professional driving instructors. Through this I have £3,000,000 of professional indemnity insurance and £5,000,000 of public liability insurance. Giving you even more piece of mind.
I am Pass Plus Registered. PASS PLUS is a training scheme for new drivers. It's much more than just a few extra lessons. This specially designed course by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA), with the help of insurers and the driving instruction industry, helps you
I am Driving Standards Agency fully qualified Approved Corporate Fleet Driver Trainer. So what is corporate driver training? 65% of all road traffic accidents involve a company driven vehicle. Drivers of company cars are 40% more likely to be involved in an accident than non-company car drivers.
Statistics like these have prompted the Government to refocus on company Duty of Care legislation, demanding that businesses of all sizes provide a safe working environment for their employees, right down to their car, even if they've bought or hired it themselves.
I provide a tailored driver training programme which increases the driving awareness and safety of anyone driving on company business.
I am patient, friendly and courteous. I never shout or lose my temper or use sarcasm as a training tool! So if you’re a nervous learner or have had a bad experience with driving tuition in the past remember...
...not all driving instructors are the same!
I’ve worked in many occupations over the years, most involving driving before training to be a driving instructor.
When I am not teaching I enjoy mountain biking in the fabulous countryside of North Wales. I am also a budding drummer and a keen craft brewer!

I hope you will enjoy driving as much as I do and I look forward to seeing you, along with all my other ‘passed’ pupils, on the road!
